RATES

Upon request, I book free 15 minute consultation calls with clients prior to initial sessions in order to make sure that we’re a good fit.

I am in network for residents of Florida with Aetna and Cigna, and will be taking United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar Health in November or December 2024.

  • Out of network or private pay rates:

    • $140 per initial session (50 minutes)

    • $140 per individual, ongoing sessions (50 minutes)

    • While my standard rate is $140 per session, I reserve a small number of slots in my practice at a reduced cost. If you’re interested in a sliding scale fee, this can be discussed during the consultation. 

Life Coaching

For out-of-state clients interested in services, I offer life coaching at my private pay rate, with a sliding scale available on a case-by-case basis. My style of coaching is very similar to my style in therapy, but tends to be a touch more informal and solution oriented. To inquire further, please reach out to me on the Book Now page. PAYMENT

For out-of-network or out-of-state coaching clients, your card will be billed at the time of service. For in-network clients, your insurance company typically covers the entire cost of sessions.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Although it’s best to avoid cancellations, I understand that sometimes life happens! If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
